What are the terms and conditions for Vacatia's Best Price Guarantee?

If you’re able to find a better price on Vacatia or another U.S. based website after booking your resort residence with us, there’s no need to cancel and re-book.

Simply email Guest Care at help@vacatia.com with the information (screen shot or URL link) and we’ll reimburse you the difference in price.

Rest easy, you're getting the lowest total price including all taxes and fees!

The (very few) details:

  • You must have booked on Vacatia within the last 24 hours, and claim the guarantee before the cancellation deadline of the resort.
  • The booking details must be identical - including resort residence (configuration and view), dates, and cancellation policy.
  • The comparable booking must be instantly bookable.
  • The comparable booking must be available to the general public (no opaque, membership, auction, etc.).
  • The comparable booking must be verifiable by Vacatia.
  • For rent by owner listings (on web sites such as Craigslist) are not eligible.
  • Vacatia reserves the right to discontinue or modify the "Best Price Guarantee" at any time, without notice.
