A resort residence is a studio, one-, or multi-bedroom accommodation at one of the leading hospitality, timeshare, and premier independent resorts. They are fully managed and professionally serviced resort-condominium complexes that until recently were only available via whole, fractional, or timeshare ownership. These are NOT the private residences that one typically rents directly from an owner via home vacation rental sites.
